The customer is solely responsible for selecting all materials, including cabinet styles, finishes, hardware, stone type, color, edge profiles, and accessories.
All materials must be reviewed and approved by the customer before fabrication begins. Approval may be given in writing, by email, or by signed proposal. Once approved, materials cannot be changed without additional cost and delays.
A deposit is required before ordering materials or scheduling fabrication and installation. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Project completion time depends on the quantity of cabinets, countertops, and project complexity. The company will provide an estimated timeline, but exact completion dates are not guaranteed.
The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours after the company declares the project completed. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal collection actions.
Our company specializes only in the fabrication and installation of cabinets and countertops. We do not perform plumbing, electrical, flooring, wall repair, painting, tile, or other construction services unless explicitly stated in writing.
The company is not responsible for damages caused by other contractors, movers, plumbers, electricians, or any third parties before, during, or after our work.
Stone, wood, and other natural materials may vary in color, pattern, or texture. These variations are normal and accepted by the customer.
By signing the proposal or contract, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
